Brotkrumen und Kieselsteine

Orientierung im öffentlichen urbanen Raum.
Diploma thesis, 2008, at the Merz Akademie University of Applied Arts Stuttgart

Noisy, hectic, chaotic, overcrowded, confusing. Attributes, describing the visual impression of the urban area we are living in. There, a conflict arises between commercial and indicative communication. They compete for attention and attraction to the pedestrian who in turn loses orientation in the great plenty of visual messages. The photographs document our public urban area through the eyes of a flaneur.
